Where do I find nail acrylic? It's supposed to come in two parts- a powder and a liquid..?

I saw it on a video that tells you how to make fake vampire fangs... It's used for fake nails, comes with a powder and a liquid that you mix together. I'm looking for specific stores or websites that sell it. Any help is greatly appreciated!Where do I find nail acrylic? It's supposed to come in two parts- a powder and a liquid..?
You can pick up acrylic nail sculpting kits from places as common as Wal-Mart or Walgreen's. Although they carry the acrylic liquid, most of these kits only offer clear or translucent pink powder. The trouble is finding the white acrylic powder in order to simulate real teeth. (You don't want clear/pink fangs...) Some sculpting kits can be found with the white powder included (along with a bunch of superfluous nonsense like nail tips and nail sculpting forms) but those kits can cost a bit.

Your local beauty supply store is your best bet for finding the white powder. Try Sally's Beauty Supply or search ebay for white acrylic powder. But be warned, the prices in those beauty supply stores can be kinda steep. I've just finished my second set of nail acrylic vampire fangs and here's my suggestion: Get a SMALL jar of acrylic powder from a beauty supply store (it'll be cheaper and unless you're making multiple fangs you won't need too much powder), then look for an Acrylic Nail Filler kit at Wal-Mart (you'll find it by the cosmetics and it should just have a little brown bottle of acrylic liquid, a little brush, an emery board, and a little jar of clear acrylic powder). You can use the acrylic liquid from the filler kit with the white powder from the beauty supply store.

Some more tips:

Do some searches online for how to work with 2-part nail acrylic. For your fangs, you won't have to worry too much about the consistency of your acrylic mixture, but you may want to get accustomed to working with the brush and/or general acrylic sculpting.

The acylic liquid (called monomer) stinks to high heaven! Be sure you're working in a WELL VENTILATED AREA! Try not to inhale the fumes for too long. Wear an appropriate face mask or tie a scarf around your face and nose. And re-cap the acrylic liquid bottle when not in use. If possible, work with it outside because the stink will linger for a few hours.

Also, the cured fangs will stink of the acrylic liquid for a little while, so plan to make your fangs a few days in advance so the smell will dissapate. (Trust me, you don't want to smell that stuff when you get the fangs in your mouth).

And you may want to invest in a small Dremel tool (I got mine at Wal-Mart for about $20). It makes sanding, shaping, and buffing the fangs much easier.
